2. Verification is limited
Company or account verification may review submitted records and public information, but it is not a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or continuing warranty of identity, licensing, insurance, solvency, capacity, safety, honesty, performance, or legal compliance. Documents can expire, change, be incomplete, or be inaccurate.
3. Project information
Project descriptions, plans, specifications, locations, schedules, trades, budgets, deadlines, addenda, and contact information are supplied by users. BuildersBids does not warrant that project information is complete, current, buildable, funded, permitted, accurate, or free from error.
4. Bids and estimates
Bid amounts, proposals, assumptions, exclusions, qualifications, and schedules are supplied by bidding users. BuildersBids does not prepare, review, approve, certify, or guarantee a bid. Users must independently review scope, quantities, labor, material, taxes, permits, site conditions, risks, insurance, and contract terms.
5. No guarantee of award, payment, or performance
Paying for access does not guarantee an invitation, response, bid award, construction contract, revenue, payment, project completion, or future opportunity. Accepting a bid in the platform does not guarantee that the parties will execute a contract or perform.
6. User contracts and disputes
Users are responsible for written construction contracts, scope, price, schedule, change orders, insurance, indemnity, warranties, dispute terms, lien rights, payment terms, safety, and legal compliance. Disputes between marketplace users are primarily matters between those users.
7. No professional advice
BuildersBids content and workflows are not legal, tax, engineering, architectural, estimating, licensing, insurance, safety, or financial advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for advice applicable to their circumstances.
