1. Account and identity integrity
- Do not create false, duplicate, stolen, impersonating, or misleading accounts.
- Do not share credentials or evade account suspension, verification, or access controls.
- Do not submit forged licenses, insurance, identification, W-9 records, references, bids, or project documents.
- Do not manipulate referral attribution, payment sequences, commissions, or testing records.
2. Project and bidding integrity
- Post only projects and files you are authorized to share.
- Do not post intentionally false project opportunities, fake bid requests, or deceptive deadlines.
- Do not submit sham, collusive, discriminatory, or intentionally misleading bids.
- Do not misrepresent licensing, insurance, bonding, experience, staffing, availability, or authority.
3. Restricted information and access
- Do not bypass payment, role, trade, project, bid, or contact-access restrictions.
- Do not redistribute, publish, resell, scrape, photograph, screen-record, or export protected plans, proposals, contact information, or customer data.
- Do not use one purchased trade scope to obtain or disclose an unpurchased trade scope.
- Do not use protected information to divert a customer or build an unrelated lead database.
4. Communications
- No threats, harassment, hate, coercion, discrimination, impersonation, or deceptive urgency.
- No unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful marketing, phishing, credential requests, or payment requests outside approved channels.
- No prohibited contact information or links designed to bypass protected marketplace workflows.
- Comply with telephone, text, email, recording, consent, Do Not Call, and anti-spam laws.
5. Technical abuse
- No malware, ransomware, destructive code, credential theft, denial-of-service activity, scanning, exploitation, or unauthorized testing.
- No automated scraping, bots, reverse engineering, framing, mirroring, or excessive requests without written authorization.
- No interference with security headers, rate limits, logs, payment verification, file controls, or audit records.
6. Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use BuildersBids to violate law, infringe rights, facilitate fraud, launder money, evade taxes, coordinate bid rigging, distribute stolen or unlawfully obtained information, or create an unreasonable safety or security risk.
7. Enforcement
BuildersBids may investigate, preserve records, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate an account, reverse unauthorized access, cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities, and pursue lawful remedies. BuildersBids may act immediately when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, payments, or the platform.
